Grant Fuhr had a long and successful NHL career in which he started in net for a total of six different teams. These teams included the Edmonton Oilers, Toronto Maple Leafs, Buffalo Sabres, Los Angeles Kings, St. Louis Blues and Calgary Flames. He played 10 seasons for the Oilers, where he started his NHL career, and went on to win five Stanley Cups between 1980-90. On September 9, 1991, Fuhr was traded from the Oilers to the Maple Leafs. In his second season with the Maple Leafs, he was again traded, this time to the Sabres. From Buffalo he went on to play in Los Angeles and then decided to sign with the Blues as a free agent before the 1995-96 season.
