After Tiger Woods was heavily recruited out of high school, he chose to take his golf talents to Stanford University. Stanford was the reigning 1994 NCAA Division I Golf champions when Woods enrolled in the fall of 1994. By the summer of 1995, Tiger had already defended his U.S. Amateur Championship, was an NCAA First Team All-American, was voted Pac-10 Player of the Year, and was Stanford's Male Freshman of the Year. The following season at age 20, Woods won his third consecutive U.S. Amateur title and won the NCAA individual golf championship. After his sophomore year at Stanford, Woods turned pro. His professional career has turned out to be one for the ages, but Woods can always be seen representing his alma mater Stanford University. He can be seen on the sidelines at Stanford Football games, sitting courtside at basketball games, and wearing Nike Stanford polo's during University Day at golf tournaments. Upper Deck Authenticated has had Tiger Woods sign this authentic Schutt white Stanford Helmet in black paint pen. Pay homage to Tiger's alma mater with this unique memorabilia piece. Woods' black signature has been authenticated by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Authentication Process.
