After winning his fourth Stanley Cup as a member of the Oilers in 1988, the ‘Great One' was traded across the border to the Los Angeles Kings. Gretzky quickly helped the Kings turn their franchise around and improved the landscape of the non-traditional hockey city for the NHL. The Kings reached the playoffs in each of Gretzky's first five seasons, and reached the Stanley Cup Finals for the first time in franchise history in 1993. Gretzky played eight seasons in LA, and became the King of LA in terms of athlete fanfare. This image of Wayne Gretzky with the Los Angeles downtown cityscape in the background is entitled "LA King". Wayne Gretzky has signed this limited edition (99) 16" x 20" print in signed in black paint pen. Gretzky's signature was witnessed under UDA's Five-Step Authentication Process.
