This UDA designed collage celebrates the Edmonton Oilers return to the postseason that included Connor McDavid's first career playoff goal on April 4, 2017 in a first-round game against the San Jose Sharks. McDavid's first playoff goal was a special one as it was shorthanded, making him only the ninth player in the past 30 years to achieve this feat. Both goals in the 2-0 defeat were shorthanded, which hadn't been done by the Oilers since Jari Kurri and Wayne Gretzky both netted shorthanded goals in a game in the 1986 playoffs. McDavid has inked his signature and the inscription "1st Playoff Goal 4/4/17" on this UDA designed 20"x24" collage in silver paint pen. His signature and inscription are deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process.
