The hockey world is anxiously waiting to see what the young center Connor McDavid will do as he develops into a star of the NHL. Oilers fans are especially anxious as they hope the overhauled Oilers will end their decade-long playoff drought. The Oilers have their inaugural season in a new arena as well as a new mascot. Most importantly, they have a new captain in Connor McDavid. On October 5th 2016, the Oilers announced that Connor will be the franchise's 15th captain, making him the youngest captain in NHL history. This 16" x 24" composite display is highlighted by an action photo of McDavid as he skates down the ice with pure focus. This patented framed breaking through contains an Edmonton Oilers logo puck breaking through the Plexiglas. McDavid has inked his signature in black paint pen. McDavid's signature was witnessed under UDA's Five-Step Authentication Process.
