The 1992 NBA Draft had a lot of hype and a pair of can't-miss prospects. After the careers of those selected were completed, the top two picks in that draft would be considered two of the top centers in NBA history. LSU big man Shaquille O'Neal was picked first by the Orlando Magic, and Georgetown man in the middle Alonzo Mourning went second to the Charlotte Hornets. Both centers would make their way in their respective careers, both would win NBA Finals championships and both would end up landing in the Naismith Hall of Fame. They would combine for 22 NBA All-Star Games and five spots on the All-Defensive Team. As fate would have it, they both landed in Miami toward the tail of their careers and were rewarded for years of hard work with a championship as Heat centers. This designed piece shows three different images where Zo and Shaq are matching up together in the first respective stints in their careers in Charlotte and Orlando, respectively. Mourning has signed this limited edition (33) Draft Class 16" x 20" image in silver paint pen. His signature is deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five Step Process.
